EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Non-refundable deposits are required for all bookings. The remaining balance will be automatically charged two days before the scheduled session. Our no-refund policy includes deposits. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice, incurring a $75 fee. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe results in deposit forfeiture. To rebook, a new deposit is necessary.

Same-day cancellations carry a $75 inconvenience fee, and clients must book a new session. Specials cannot be rescheduled or refunded, even with 48-hour notice.

Proofs are returned within 2-3 business days, and the editing timeline is 10-14 business days after photo selection. Expedited editing, with a $100 rush fee, provides a quicker turnaround of 2-3 business days after proof selection.

We're based in Atlanta, GA, with flexible travel options. A $75 per hour travel fee applies within a 1-hour radius. Over 2 hours away may incur additional charges and lodging fees, not initially covered. Clients are responsible for any missed travel fees when booking, fees will be added during our review process.

TIMING & LATE POLICY

To optimize your session, we strongly advise punctuality and readiness upon arrival. Please wait for a text confirmation before entering the studio, as additional time cannot be purchased.

Delays in starting the session, whether caused by you or others, result in unrecoverable lost time. This includes activities like hair and makeup adjustments, retrieving forgotten items, checking building accessibility, and confirming reservations. A 10-minute grace period is allowed, and we appreciate notification of potential delays.

Clients over 10 minutes late will incur a $50 late fee. Beyond a 15-minute delay, the session will be canceled, resulting in a No-Show/Same-Day Cancel designation and a $75 Inconvenience Fee, in addition to any remaining balance.

ACCOMMODATIONS

If you're unhappy with an edit or session, please inform us, and we'll do our best to address and resolve the issue. However, if your dissatisfaction is due to natural factors such as weather conditions, outfit choices, hair, makeup, poses, etc., retaking photos may not be possible.

As a precautionary measure, you can review the photos at the end of the session. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to address any concerns within our capabilities.

HOW DO LOCATIONS WORK?

A "location" refers to a singular spot such as a building, statue, or monument within a city or area. Multiple spots within the same city do not constitute multiple locations.

Transitioning to a new location beyond a short distance will incur a fee of $25 or more, depending on the location. If the new location is in a different city, a travel fee of $100 per hour applies.

Please note that certain locations may require a fee or permission. You are responsible for covering these fees and making any necessary reservations. We do not assume responsibility for these costs.

Tip: To maximize your session time, have your location prepared in advance, if possible. Studio setup can only occur during your scheduled session time. Consider adding extra time during booking if needed. Any delays in starting, whether caused by you or others, will result in lost time.
